STEP ONE: CONSULTATION
First things first! Once you call us, we will schedule a complimentary consultation with you. This meeting will give us the opportunity to discover what your unique needs, desires, and concerns are, while it also enables us to discuss how much money you can expect to receive from the transaction. We will establish a timeframe with you for selling your home, and will make arrangements with our stager and photographer once we decide on a listing date that will work with you. It is essential that we determine whether or not selling is truly the right option for you — keep in mind that we respect that this is entirely your choice. We only move forward if moving is the best possible decision for our clients. Whether you know where you’d like to move already or not, we have options for you. Once we learn exactly what you are looking for, we will work tirelessly to find a perfect match for you.
STEP TWO: PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR SALE
Are you overwhelmed by the lifetime worth of belongings you possess ? Have no fear! We are here to lighten the load. Our stager and declutter consultant will meet with you to help you determine what you want to keep, what you want to give away, and what you’d like to discard. We can arrange an Estate Specialist to work with you if you think an estate sale is necessary. If painting or extensive cleaning is required, we will coordinate all of this on your behalf to make your home have optimal appeal in photos and in showings. Once this is done, we can begin the process of preparing your home for sale.
STEP THREE: MARKETING YOUR HOME

As soon as we make your home active, we share the listing with our expansive local network, syndicate it on all of our social media and personal websites, and place it on the Keller Williams app, which then sends the listing to over 300 websites. In addition, we host open houses, connect you to a state of the art digital showing system that notifies you of all of the showing activity in your home, and much more.
