With 15 years in sales, Samantha Cooper of Cooper & Associates Realty knows her livelihood depends on providing her clients with top-notch service and customer care. During the course of her real estate career, she has always put their wants and needs first, steadfastly refusing to settle for “good enough.” This inherent need to look out for others and to treat people with respect and honesty is a hallmark of Samantha’s life and career.

As a homeowner and mother, Samantha knows the importance of a safe home and community, and she seeks to alleviate clients’ concerns by listening closely to them. She feels, it’s her duty to advise and educate them on every step of the process and the overall market. Above all else, Samantha acts as a

Samantha left behind a job with a nonprofit to help build a real estate business with her husband, Sacramento-area agent Kevin Cooper, with the goal of both helping people achieve the dream of homeownership and becoming a big part of the Elk Grove/Sacramento community where they live and do business. To that end, she places great importance on donating to local nonprofits and sitting on various boards. Giving back, she says, is just something that’s in her blood.

Described as funny, tenacious, and a good listener, Samantha brings a light, personable touch to her work. She recognizes that during what can be a stressful time, the last thing a client needs is an agent who lacks a sense of humor. Outside of work, Samantha loves spending time with family and friends, being by the ocean, reading, and shopping.
